Finally got myself a new phone. yay. now all i have to do is figure out how to use it. So, if i take a little longer to reply, sorry okay... i'm typing as fast as i can.

today me and my people (mum, sis, cuzzies, aunt) went shopping. we went for lunch, at this very high class restaurant. but i think its very stressful to eat at these kinds of restaurants because every so now and then, they come and ask you how the food is and you have to give enthusiatic answers otherwise you will insult the chef. and you cannot tell the chef that you want it cooked this way and that way cause that would be an insult to his culinary masterpiece and he will throw you out of his restaurant.(these chefs are all very temperamental) and the waiters are always standing there watching you... aiyoi.

What a week people, what a week...U got to continue reading this, i swear, only i can have this many suay events in a matter of less than 24 hrs.
the very first week of school. its started of alright i guess, but it ended off quite horribly =(
My laptop started acting up mid-week, the adaptor connection detorriated till the point that i can't even switch it on anymore. on another note, all week, some unresolved things were buzzing in my ear like an irritating mosquito.
And today......Today was the 'best' la.
As it is i left my house later than usual and then, you know singaporeans. It's morning, its raining, so, they forget how to drive. they panic and bang into things. as a result i am stuck in a 1 hr jam. as if that is not enough, its raining. its rainign cats and dogs. its raining so heavily that you can hardly see the road in front of you. I HAVE NO UMBRELLA. and so my father proceeds to scream at me for not bringing an umbrella.
Nonethless, he still drops me off at yio chu kang MRT. so, i roll up my jeans, throw my jacket over my head and start running. by the time i reach woodlands, i have ten minutes to get from interchange, to the classroom ( it does not help, that my block is at the extreme end of the world)
i run, the rest of the world is strolling. blocking my way. i don't care i just push everybody away. i do not want to be down graded by 0.5 points. i left my house at 6:40am for god's sake. i get to the escalator, but because my luck is just so fantastic, THE ESCALATOR IS NOT WORKING. and its such a long way up. i climb, i'm pespiring and panting.
In then end, i reach my classroom 2 mins late. ( i negotiated and she did not down grade me. One gd thing finally happens after 10 bad things.)but the facillitaor is not fantastic. she is boring, makes no sense and annoys the hell out of me. genomics is boring. and so everything is boring. I HATE GENOMICS.
when i get home, i switch my home computer on. THE INTERNET EXPLORER REFUSES TO WORK. how am i to submit my rj??? my laptop cannot even be switched on. My father, decides that it will be a nice time to lecture me and start screaming about why my laptop is in this condition. ( he really screams okay, like the whole block can hear, and very exagerratedly summore as if i came home pregnant.) he quickly manged to relate the function of my laptop, to what it means to be a girl and that i am not doing a very good job of it. all this while, through the screaming,i am in a heightened state of panic and i am trying to figure out what to do with the internet. but luckily, i have saving graces, nan submitted it for me. finally it starts to work. that is why i am able to write this long complain that you are reading now.
haiyo, i cannot take it anymore. i almost wanted to cry la... do you know, that many small things can add up to one big thing and become 10 times more depressing. help.
maybe its the lack of sleep talking but be kind, re-wind,
bring back my friend and seal back my secrets
coz there's just not enough laughs anymore.
What a day people!..what a day.First day. my class, is well,
dead. i'm sure they'll warm up but for now, they're just boring. I'm only see them once a week so i guess i dont really care.
My module, lab management, i would like to say it was interesting but it was'nt. its the kind of common sense module, that just sukcs the life out of you.
Then...let me mention, that i have never felt so claustraphobic in my life.
TOO MANY YEAR ONES>NOT ENOUGH ROOM. i am going to camp in my block tomorow. I shall refuse to come out.
Ahhhh...then i saw something very gross on my way back home in the bus. i have never been so disgusted in my life. this guy, sitting opposite me was fast asleep. but nevermind, that's okay, the poor things was tired.
BUT WAIT. look closer... he was drooling. massive amounts of drool. it was dripping out from his mouth like a faulty tap. on to his shirt, on to his hand... (okay i shall stop now, don't puke)
its just Mountains out of molehills love.
Ahhh...well, the holidays are coming to an end. there's not much left. only a day in fact. just whe

n i was getting used to doing absolutely nothing, school decides to open. Oh well, that's enough of rotting. In fact i think i was
bringing new meaning to the term rotting. it was only towards the end of the holidays that i started going out alot. going out is fun its just that it creates a big hole in the pocket.
The
new term brings
new subjects,
new faces and different degrees of torture. for almost all the days, i'm with nan and gina. saving graces right there.i know the rest of the people too of course. In case you haven't realised it by now, i'm very
antisocial hence i find absolutely
NO joy in getting to know new faces. its not that i'm an unfriendly bitch, i mean i will genuinely smile at everyone but its just all very er...
leceh. But i digress. i'm not with the ip class for 1 out of the 5 days, which just happens to be the very first day. nan, noor and khai all together on that day, waaaah, this is not fair i tell you. how dare they throw me to some ulu class where I know absolutely nobody. However, i much rather be there then in the class next door with all the chiongsters. to my darling cows that ended up there, may the force be with you. Oh yah, and our block is now in one
ULU CORNER OF THE WORLD. E5.

Since i managed to get my butt into the IPBMS class, i've gotta make the most of it. i've been going steady for the 2 years now. gotta keep it up though. (if can increase speed, then its even better) if you see me slacking of you have full permission to gimme a knock on the head. then, on top of all that comes that dreaded final year project - Study of multiple pregnancies associated with fertility treatments in Singaporean women. I'm gonna be
stuck in KKH starring at heaps of case files and statistics on saturdays.
So to usher in the start of the school year. We went out. We went out for the sake of going out. Coz, i mean, you never know, when the
madness starts we may not have any time. Me, nan, and noor. we went erm... furniture shopping???...er ya, hahahahaha. seems like an odd thing to be doing but yes, that is what we were doing the entire day. the boy needed to buy a desk u see. it was kind of entertaining in an odd way. i've decided that we should

go out and do absolutely nothing more often.
On another note, i just finished this fantastic book called
Anansi Boys. it was very funny. You should go read it when you get the chance. Its one of those dark-humour things.
Have to go and plan wardrobe for first week of school..hahah...so i dont have to waste time staring at the clothes in my cupboard in the mornings. First impressions count you know. After that can chin-chai la.
last impressions count too for that matter, because its how you're remembered. But again, i digress.
Here we go again.~the first step towards getting somewhere is deciding that you are not going to stay where you are~
